SINGALONG today at Noon at the Park!!!

Come Sing Jazz Standards with Elise Letourneau & Capital Vox Jazz Choir

There is a very cool interactive show at noon today that I wanted to let you know about.

Elise Letourneau, a fabulous local singer, composer, choir-director and educator has put together a program along with the Capital Vox Choir that will have you singing along... literally!
In her own words:
"Be a part of the fun! Join Elise Letourneau & Capital Vox Jazz Choir in singing some favourite standards from The Golden American Songbook. We’ll sing a tune or two, and then you’ll get to join in the singing too – and pick up a few jazz vocal tips along the way, learn to count in the rhythm section, and sing a few scat riffs too. Lyrics and rhythm section provided – just bring your own voice. All ages and singing levels welcome – the more the merrier!"
Even if you just want to enjoy the vibe, there is a fabulous rhythm section:
Elise Letourneau – music director
Tim Bedner – guitar
Mark Ferguson – piano
Mark Alcorn – bass
Marilee Townsend – drums
