Compilation CD deadline nearing!

Hello musicians, colegues and friends.

I know the holidays are upon us, and I hope you will all have some time to relax. I wanted invite you all to submit music to the "Valley Giants" compilation CD that the Ottawa Jazz Festival is producing in partnership with Healey Disc. This is a great opportunity to be featured along with other great musicians from the region and get heard by a wide audience.

The Ottawa valley is full of inspiring artists and musicians, driven in the pursuit of shaping our musical culture, one unique musical expression at a time. It is through art and creativity that we define ourselves. This project is dedicated to the all Ottawa Valley musicians who refuse to stop creating.

The disc will feature music from local artists with the objective of promoting the Ottawa jazz and creative music scene. 

It is a very exciting project that we are getting a lot of interest in. This is a way to get your music heard along side the best of Ottawa. The music will be heard by international visiting artists, promoters and media so do not miss the chance. The deadline for application is Jan 15th!
